TeamDynamix - Known Issues from the Vendor

Overview

This article includes known issues in the TeamDynamix work management solution (ITSM, ESM, PPM, and related integrations but not including iPaaS). After an issue is confirmed, it is automatically added to this list. It will remain in this list until it is cancelled or it is resolved and deployed to the TeamDynamix SaaS production environments. While it is on this list, its Status will display as one of the following: 

  • Open - This issue is in the process of investigation, development and testing. 
  • On Hold - This issue is not being actively resolved at this time. This indicates that the issue is either waiting for external resources in order to resolve or is not currently prioritized for resolution. Known issues may remain in this status permanently.  
  • Closed - This issue has been resolved but has not yet been deployed to the Production environment. Usually, issues that enter this status before the end of business on a Thursday will be included in the next maintenance release. When a release is deployed to Production, all included issues will be automatically removed from this list.
