Objective
Following these steps will create a service offering in the TeamDynamix catalog.

You must have an Analyst or Technician role in TeamDynamix to use this process.

- Login to the Client Portal in the Development Environment: https://msuitdev.teamdynamix.com/SBTDClient/32/Portal/Home/

Services related to TeamDynamix are located under the following categories:
Service Catalog → Administrative and Business → Business Capability and Process Automation → TeamDynamix (TDX)
- Navigate to the Service you will be creating your Service Offering under.
- Select +Add Service Offering

- In the New Service Offering page, enter the details of the Service Offering. Most of these fields will behave the same as on a Service, and some are read-only because they inherit their value from the parent service.
- Enter a value for Request Service Offering Text. This field is required for Service Offerings so that the system can show a different request button for each Service Offering.

- If you are creating the first Service Offering for a Service, choose whether to copy the Form Settings from the service.
- Save.
