Athena - Error: "Unable to Check in Patient (Payment Method Required)"

Problem

When checking in a patient in Athena, after selecting Arrived > Done with checkin, you receive an error: "Unable to check in patient (payment method required)".

Resolution

1. Enter 0.00 in both fields by copay.
2. Select the link Not required and Start check-in.
3. You're done! This should resolve the error and allow you to check in the patient.
