Problem
When attempting to reprint a W-2 through EBS, "Error 100 ADP" appears on the W-2 Reprint tile.

Resolution
There should be a W-2 Archive option on the main EBS page. Use that to access your older W-2s.
Cause
This error happens on the W-2 Reprint tile when you have no W-2 from 2021 or later.
Similar Error
Some accounts may have had a change affect them which results in "Error code 100" in the W-2 Reprint tile. See KB 1677 (link) for details.
