TeamDynamix - How To Edit Time on a Ticket

Objective

Following these steps will allow you to add or update the time entered on a ticket in the TeamDynamix system.

Before You Begin

This process is only used to modify existing time entries and cannot create new ones. If you have not entered time on a ticket, you will need to do so from an Update action on the ticket itself.

Steps

  1. Go to the My Work application/tab.
  2. Select My Time Card from the pane on the left.
  3. Navigate to the time period of the time that needs to be adjusted using the arrows or calendar icon near the top of the screen.
  4. Click on the time entry that needs to be adjusted.

  5. In the window that pops up, click the Edit option

  6. Make the necessary modifications and click the Save button
  7. You're done! The time will now be updated on the ticket.
