D2L - Workaround for Importing Questions from a Question Library into a Question Pool

Problem

Importing questions from Question Libraries into Question Pools is not working as expected, due to an issue identified 3/6/24.

Resolution

The workaround is to expand the folder (and subfolders, if there are any) then importing.
