TeamDynamix - How To Report Out of Office Time

Objective

Following these steps will record your Out of Office time for Effort Reporting.

Environment

  • TeamDynamix Version 11.9

Before You Begin

  • Sign in to TDX at https://tdx.msu.edu (link)
  • Select Users
  • Open Time and Expense tab to view Time Report

Steps

  1. On the Time Report page, locate your team name
  2. Click +Workspace time
  3. Add Time Entry will open in a new window
  4. Choose the Time Off option in the Add Time Entry window
  5. Select your team from the Project/Workspace dropdown menu
  6. Time Type should default to Time Off
  7. Enter appropriate hours for the dates provided
  8. Add comments as necessary
  9. Select Save
  10. You're done! You've successfully recorded your Out of Office time for Effort Reporting.
