TeamDynamix - How To Remove and Re-Add the Confidential Data Banner on the Client Portal

Objective

Following these steps will remove or re-add the confidential data banner from the TeamDynamix Client Portal homepage.

Before You Begin

The banner is not required and is there for convenience. It's primary purpose is to alert you about the limits of the system for data storage and to link to MSU's Institutional Data Policy page (link).

Steps

Removing the Banner

  • To remove the banner, simply select the X icon from the top-right corner of the banner. This will close it for this and each future visit.

Re-Adding the Banner

  • To re-add the banner so it will show up on each future visit, clear your browser's cookies and cache (link);
  • To view the banner for one visit, open a new private or incognito browser window and use that to access the site.
