Objective
Following these steps will bring up a report showing all Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) owned by a Support Group you are a member of.
This is especially useful to determine if any KBAs are nearing or are past their

Before You Begin
You will need access to TDNext to follow these instructions
Steps
- Open TDNext and log in
- Go to ITS-Tickets
- Select Reports

- In the Search field, type km and select Search
- Under Knowledge Base Reports, select KM - All Articles Owned By My Groups
- You're done! The report showing all the KBAs should now be open
Additional Info
- You can open each listed article by selecting it from the Subject field
- The columns are sortable by selecting the up/down arrows at the top
- You can put the information into a spreadsheet by selecting Actions > Export to Excel
